We conduct an on-site inspection of your home carpet and document all problems in a certified narrative report with digital photographs included. This report contains a reference to manufacturers, industry standards, and the assignment of blame to the appropriate party at fault. This type of inspection is used when attempts to resolve the issue among the parties involved are unsuccessful and there is the possibility of litigation.
